I know...it's been a month and I haven't written. I have had good intentions...time just seems to get away from me and when I do have time I don't feel motivated. I decided to go with Laura's assignments and write about the treat I had today. Yes, a simple topic but maybe it will get the writing going if you know what I mean.

So I was on facebook today and saw Laura on there who happened to be sick. This was lucky for me because we were able to have a little chit chat. I miss chit chatting with my pals from home (Canada home I mean). Anyways she suggested I go to Starbucks and get the double chocolate chip frappucino. I thought hey? Why not? So this is what I did.

I first showered and dressed and then headed out to Starbucks in Browns Bay. The menu at Starbucks here seemed considerable smaller than it is in Canada but yes I did find the double chocolate chip frappucino (coffee free I might add) posted up there. So I ordered one, even with the cream on top. Go for gold I thought! So I did. Sadly, there were no ginger molasses cookies there (maybe they will have them there in the winter) so I ordered an Afghan - a chocolate cookie with cornflakes in it and some melted chocolate in top. Well let me tell you that the double choco chip frappucino did not disappoint. It was so so tasty and just what the doctor ordered! YUMBO! (As my good friend Becks would say!). The AFghan was alright but I would have preferred a ginger molasses cookie...ah well...that's life. The frapp has just the right amount of chocolate in it and it wasn't too sweet. It was a yummy treat. Thanks Laursie for suggesting it! Mmmm...mmmm...good!
