Last night the wind blowed and blowed and blowed. It rattled our single-paned windows and the screens as it accompanied the pelting rain. It was so LOUD, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. I kind of liked hearing the wind outside though and knowing that I was warm and cozy and in my own bed. There was something kind of peaceful about it.

Now the sun is shining and it is still breezy but I don't mind. I thinking I'll go for a walk.
