class ending

Well it is Friday. TGIF! It has been a busy week. This weekend will also be busy because I have this Emergency Preparedness worshop that I am going to and then I have errands to run like getting air care done on my car and renewing my car insurance which expires on Sunday and taking some school work to Office Depot to get bound. Sigh.....my life seems to be so busy.

My ECE course is almost finished. Only three more assignments to finish and hopefully I'll have it all completed by Tuesday at the latest. I'll be SOOOOOO glad - one load of of my mind...then I can focus more on the actual montessori schoolwork that I need to be working on.

I tried some new flavours of sushi today from King Sushi - A tuna and green onion roll, spicy deep fried tofu and a smoked salmon and shrimp roll. I had to get the yam tempura roll of course....it is too tasty to overlook! The new items of the evening were quite good though I don't think that I would recommend the tuna and green onion one. It was ok, just not spectacular if your know what I mean. It definitely didn't make my taste buds go "wow!"

I think there's a hole in my exercise ball /seat for my desk. I pumped it up last night and now it is so flat. It's the kitties I'm sure of it. One of them must have poked hole with their claws while playing around. Irritating!!!!! They can be pain in the necks sometimes!!!!!
