Scrapper

So it appears that "Scrapper" (as he is affectionately called) has adopted mom as his new owner and mom's house as his new home. He eats here, lazily sleeps on the couch when we are home and even spends the night at the end of mom's bed! The poor cat is starved for attention. He IS a cute cat - with his one ear flipped downwards - and he is so friendly...you can't help but love him. He has tons of mats in his fur though and I am hoping to cut them out before I go back to Vancouver. I hope he lets me.

Speaking of kitties I hope that ARchie and Izzy are doing well and not missing Laur and I too much. Maybe I'll email Heather and Sareets and ask them how they are.

Today I went to the Running Room with mom and bought some new runners, running pants and a running jacket. I'm all set to start running with Laura when we are back in the city. I'm feeling a little nervous about running because I've never been good - I mean I've always felt like I totally sucked at running, but I really want to give it a try. We plan to do it at 5am Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.......I know....5am sounds crazy especially because I seem to even have a hard time getting up at 6am for work each day but, it is the only time that will really work for us and I'll just have to be diligent at going to bed at 9pm each night and leaving work by 4:30 at the latest.
