Notice the cool speakers (which could detach) at the side.
It even came with a remote control.
I feel genuinely sad about giving that stereo away. I know, this may seem silly because it is just a "thing", but there are so many memories that are attached to that stereo. It was my very first stereo ever. I saved up my babysitting money to buy it when I was 15 years old and it cost about $400 then. I even bought it from the SONY store in Woodgrove Mall, which is probably not even there anymore. I played many a tape and CD on there and I taped songs from the radio on there...it moved with me from Lantzville to 49th and Tisdall in Vancouver and back to Lantzville and then back to 49th and Tisdall and then to 45th and Main and then here to The Coachman where I presently reside......there are lots of good memories associated with this stereo of mine. I will miss it. There will never be another stereo like it for me, never. It's been good to me. I just hope that its new owners will be as good to it as I was. It lasted me 17 years....
