Mouse in the house

Last night, as I was on the computer here at my ma's house, I saw a dark thing out of the corner of my eye. It seemed to be too big to be bug but I didn't know what else it would be so I left it to that. Well....lo and behold, as I got out of the shower this morning my mom told me that there was a mouse under a pile of sheets that she had and she asked me to help her get rid of it. I scooped up the sheets and threw them on the grass and the mouse fell out. Unfortunately, the mouse met a sad end I think because when he fell on the ground I discovered that he was already injured, and Max was playing around with him afterward. Oh well. This evening, as I was vaccuming I discovered ANOTHER mouse only this one was dead. Yuck. Luckily it was all in one piece. That one went outside as well. I am glad that my mom has a cat for times like this!

I was at Costco with Mama and B and picked up some goods. Oh, how I LOVE Costco! I am finding so many good clothes for Bethany! It's awesome! I just wish that I could find more things there for me. (I did find a couple of hoodies and some three quarter length shirts there a couple of weeks ago). My mom bought these dark chocolate covered blueberry and acai berries there and they are DELISH! I recommend them. Try it, you'll like it. We saw people that my mom knew there and it reminded me oh how I always seem to see people that I know at Pak N Sav. It is a nice feeling to see people that you know and have a conversation.

As a side note.....do you know how hard it is to find an appropriate length, non-ugly skirt these days? I am dying for a new skirt to wear to church and it seems like there aren't any stores that are actually selling them. What to do? Time to learn how to sew I guess...
