Yesterday Jesse and I worked on World Builders....neither of us were into it because we have so much work to do for it and we are both feeling really tired with having started new teaching jobs and getting used to all of the stuff that surrounds it. Sigh.....teaching is hard work and this time of the year is always stressful. Anyways we worked on our project for a bit and then I headed to Burnaby to go to the RS General Broadcast. The Broadcast was good, but part of me had a hard time focusing on what was being said and "feeling" what we were being told. I wrote some things down though and this helped.
Laura took Amy and I to Casa Gelatos and Laura kindly bought me an ice cream. I tried a few weird flavours but ended up getting a scoop of chocolate ginger and a scoop of aloe vera ice cream. They were both quite tasty. Next time I want to try some of the fruity kind like dragon fruit and mango (not durian though....blech).
